Tactical Fit is an 8-week comprehensive training program that focuses on:

✔ Functional Training – Improve real-world strength and movement.
✔ Strength & Power – Build explosive force and durability.
✔ Cardiovascular Conditioning – Enhance endurance for sustained effort.
✔ Flexibility & Mobility – Increase range of motion and injury prevention.
✔ Mental Resilience & Stress Management – Develop the mindset to perform under pressure.

What’s Included?
  • 4 training sessions per week

  • 3 gym workouts (Tues, Fri, Sat @ 6:00 AM)

  • 1 guided outdoor Ruck walk (Sat @ 7:00 AM, Shark River Park)

  • Self-guided Ruck training plan

  • Private online community with resources, articles, and coaching
