- Initial Consultation
Your Initial Consultation is a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation designed to understand exactly where you are now and define the most effective path forward. This session goes far beyond a conversation. It combines detailed discussion with objective assessment to identify your strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement. During your consultation, we will perform: Movement Assessment – Evaluate how you squat, hinge, push, pull, and stabilize to identify mobility restrictions, strength imbalances, and coordination deficits that may limit performance or contribute to discomfort. Postural Assessment – Analyze your static posture from multiple angles to identify asymmetries, joint positioning, and muscular imbalances that influence how you move and feel. Body Composition Analysis – Establish objective baseline measurements to understand your current physical status and create meaningful benchmarks for progress. We will also discuss your health history, past injuries, goals, lifestyle, and training experience to ensure your program is built specifically for you. Desired Outcome: You will leave this session with clarity, confidence, and a professional understanding of your body. You’ll know what’s working, what needs improvement, and exactly how we will address it. Most importantly, you’ll have a structured, personalized plan designed to help you move better, get stronger, and achieve your goals safely and efficiently. If you choose to sign up for training, the $100 consultation fee will be applied to your first month.
